Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Executive Housekeeper include:
* Leadership and Supervision: Manage and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating their performance.
* Quality Control: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.
* Budget Management: Manage the housekeeping budget, including labor costs, inventory of cleaning supplies, and amenities.
* Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and usage of housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper inventory control.
* Policy and Procedure Implementation: Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the department complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Inspection and Audits: Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues identified.
* Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment, providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the housekeeping team.

What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Executive Housekeeper:
* High school diploma 
* Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
* Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent skills in engaging with guests and collaborating seamlessly with team members.
