Joe's Burger Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Joe's Burger. The Supervisor will assist with the day-to-day operation of the stand, provide excellent customer service, support team members, and help ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support team members during daily operations
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Monitor food quality and ensure food safety standards are followed
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate inventory levels
Train and assist employees as needed
Work closely with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old
Previous food service, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Ability to work well with a team and lead by example
Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules
Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or TABC Certification
Compensation:
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience and qualifications.
