Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States. Tarantino Properties is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist to enhance resident services and provide up to date information in a more efficient and timely manner.
The schedule for this position is as follows:
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, employees and prospective and current clients.
Distribute mail.
Uses proper telephone etiquette.
Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
Maintains visitor sign in/out book, and completes maintenance request work orders.
Completes daily check-in procedure.
Maintains emergency contact information.
Receives packages and delivers/holds as requested.
Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
Makes sure the lobby has fresh flowers and is appropriately arranged.
Assist other departments with administrative functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1+ years of previous experience as a concierge/front desk/receptionist
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience in office skills, and with computer software.
