We are searching for a hardworking team player eager to learn and grow. Whether it is fabricating stainless steel components, performing routine maintenance on equipment, or executing welding and assembly tasks both in the shop and on-site, you'll be a hands-on problem solver. You can expect a dynamic work environment, utilizing a variety of tools and machinery to support our production needs, both in the shop and in the field.

Welder Pay and Benefits: 

• Up to $30 per hour, based on experience

Welder Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year welding experience , TIG welding knowledge required
• Formal welding training a plus but not required
• Familiar with setting and adjusting welding equipment based on materials
• Possess a basic understanding of design techniques, principles, and tools necessary for the precise production of technical plans, drawings, and models. 
• Ability to read basic blueprints and or drawings. 
• Possess basic math skills related to dimensioning. 
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently as necessary. 
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers. 
• Possess a strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, and overtime as needed. 

Physical requirements:

Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; be able to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, stoop, climb ladders and work in a variety of physical conditions. Must be able to effectively use common power tools and other basic tools. This is not a complete list of all physical considerations and further information can be provided upon request.
