Job DetailsJob Location: Bayside, NY 11360Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 HourlyTeam Member Location: Nothing Bundt Cakes (Training will take place in Levittown prior to new bakery opening) At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we bring joy to every guest through exceptional service, beautifully decorated cakes, and a fun, welcoming bakery environment. As a Team Member, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests. What You'll Do Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
