Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the barista team to ensure efficient and friendly service that meets Starbucks’ high standards.
• Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages and food items consistently and with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assist in training and development of new and current team members.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marriott Orlando Downtown management and Starbucks corporate guidelines to optimize store performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barista with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Starbucks products and adherence to quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to support morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
