Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of one of our apartment communities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways, and amenities
- Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas
- Assist with apartment make-ready preparation
- Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed

What We're Looking For
We are seeking dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful communities, and have a strong work ethic. Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
