What is a seat?
A seat is a paid monthly license for one operator or one employee on your team plan.
Do workers stay free if I buy seats?
Yes. Their personal MAJC account stays free. You pay only for the people you license onto your team.
Why license an employee if they already have a free account?
The free account is theirs. A licensed seat puts them in your team view, retention dashboard, and Academy.
Do I have to buy employee seats one at a time?
Employee seats are sold in packs of 10 or 20.
What is different at $9.99?
Custom puts your brand on the app, uses your training content, and gives your group a private Community channel. You also get role controls and a guided setup. Same platform, your name on it.
