How billing works

What counts as a location?
One restaurant, bar, hotel outlet, or other venue you hire for. A group with three restaurants pays for three locations.
Do I pay for each employee?
No. Every employee at a paid location is included, however many you add. Hire, train, and replace people without your bill changing.
Do workers stay free?
Yes. Their personal MAJC account stays free, including after you add them to your team.
What happens when I open another location?
Add it in the app and your bill goes up by $99 a month, prorated for the rest of that month.
I already pay per seat. Does my bill change?
No. Operators on per-seat pricing stay on it. Nothing changes unless you choose to switch.
What is different with Custom?
Custom puts your brand on the app, uses your training content, and gives your group a private Community channel. You also get role controls and a guided setup. Same platform, your name on it.
Can I start on Operators and move to Custom later?
