TITLE: BREAD LEAD
LOCATION: Publican Quality Bread (1759 W Grand Ave.)
REPORTS TO: Head Baker
FLSA: Exempt
TYPE: Full-Time
POSITION SUMMARY: The Bread Lead will work hand in hand with James Beard Award Winner (2019) for Outstanding Bread Baker, Greg Wade. They will assist in running an efficient and profitable store operation of Publican Quality Bread. They are responsible for ensuring that the store meets company standards in sales, staffing, product quality, visual merchandising, and operations. They will also assist with the goal of providing guests with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service. This position enforces procedures in hand with the Managing Partner and helps train new employees.
