Perspire Sauna Studio River North is now open, and we are growing our team.
We are looking for positive, confident, sales-driven team members who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping others build consistent wellness routines.
This is more than a front desk position. It is a member service and sales role inside an upscale wellness studio where professionalism, energy, reliability, and accountability matter.
This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to earn additional hours, potentially up to full-time, based on demonstrated reliability, performance, availability, and studio needs. We are currently hiring across multiple shifts, with weekday opening availability especially valued.

Studio Operating Hours
- Monday through Friday: 07:00–21:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00–20:00
Availability for weekday opening shifts, evenings, and weekends is strongly preferred.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- A confident, outgoing, and professional personality
- Sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new guests
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- A verifiable history of reliability and strong attendance
- The ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment
- A results-oriented mindset and willingness to receive coaching
- Consistent availability and the ability to reliably commute to scheduled shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Confidently presenting and selling memberships, packages, and wellness services
- Educating guests on infrared sauna, red light therapy, and the value of a consistent wellness routine
- Providing studio tours for new guests
- Helping convert first-time visitors into long-term members
- Following up with leads and guests through our CRM
- Booking reservations and follow-up appointments
- Welcoming members and creating a relaxed, professional studio experience
- Answering questions about services, memberships, and studio policies
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio
- Turning over sauna suites between appointments
- Supporting towel organization, linen flow, and general studio operations
