THE TEAM
As part of the Food & Beverage division, you will lead the In-Room Dining and Seasonal Pool Front of House teams, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. You will work closely with Food & Beverage leaders, culinary teams, hotel operations, engineering, finance, and front office colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
YOUR ROLE
As In-Room Dining & Pool Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of In-Room Dining and seasonal Pool operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to the financial success of the outlets. Through your leadership, you will ensure Rosewood brand standards, Forbes and LQA expectations, and service excellence are consistently achieved.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining and seasonal Pool services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of food and beverage professionals while maintaining Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA service standards.
- Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving concerns promptly, and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and departmental resources to support operational efficiency and business performance.
- Monitor financial results, review revenue performance, and contribute to strategies that maximize profitability and control costs.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop associates while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and successful execution of service initiatives.
- Support outlet marketing, programming, seasonal offerings, and special projects that enhance the guest experience and business results.
