Responsibilities

 

• Join the opening team and help create a welcoming, memorable first impression for guests at our new restaurant.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient dining room operations and guest satisfaction.
• Greet and escort guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
• Coordinate closely with leadership and front-of-house team members to maintain a seamless flow of service.
• Maintain awareness of table status, guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special occasions to personalize the guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns while maintaining a positive and polished atmosphere.

 

Qualifications

• Have previous Host, Hostess, Guest Relations, or Reservations experience in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment preferred.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Are organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
