What You'll Do
- Design and refine wine, cocktail, and spirits menus
- Manage beverage costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Train and mentor bar and service staff
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety standards
- Partner with chefs on pairings and seasonal offerings
