We are seeking an experienced Office Services Associate to oversee daily office services operations and provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of office services professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing workflow priorities, and maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
Essential Job Functions
Team Leadership & Operations
- Provide daily direction, support, and guidance to Office Services Associates.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Act as a resource for team members by assisting with questions, troubleshooting, and operational needs.
- Promote a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
Office Services Support
- Oversee daily office services functions, including mail, shipping, copying, printing, scanning, and document handling.
- Ensure incoming mail, packages, and deliveries are received, processed, and distributed accurately.
- Manage outgoing shipments, courier requests, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with office moves, conference room setups, supply management, and workplace requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Customer Service & Client Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Quality Control & Process Management
- Monitor service quality and ensure work meets established standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment.
- Track completed tasks, service requests, and operational activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office services, workplace services, facilities support, hospitality, mailroom, or related administrative operations.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment preferred.

Compensation
The compensation rate for this role is $27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation may be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
