What chefs look for on a line cook resume

A chef reads your resume looking for proof you will not break the line. Stations you owned (saute, grill, garde manger), volume the kitchen put out, who you trained, and how long you stayed. Skill words alone do not move the needle. Specific stations and volume do.

ServSafe is table stakes, callouts are bonus

ServSafe Food Handler should be on every line cook resume by default. Bonus signals that get attention: butchery, pasta-from-scratch, bread, fermentation, sourcing relationships. The AI will probe for those if you have them and surface them as line items.

Your privacy here

Your name and contact info stay on this device. The AI sees your kitchens and roles but never your name, email, or phone. Your final resume gets your contact block merged in client-side, before download.
